Yarn Returns

We accept returns and will happily refund your money for the yarn if you return the yarn within 28 days of purchase and in the condition that you received the yarn – label still attached, unwound and unknitted.  Unfortunately we cannot refund postage costs. This does not affect your statutory rights.

We are happy to exchange an item for you after we receive the item in it’s original condition within 28 days of purchase, this will incur new postage cost.

We ask you to read The Nature of Hand Dyed Yarns section in the Our Hand Dyed Guide as we do not accept any of those points as a reason to refund the cost of your order.


We accept payments through Stripe an international secure online payment service.  Your card details are not stored on our website and your transaction is secure.


We aim to ship the next day when you purchase from current stock and we shop within 5 to 21 business days of receiving your payment when you purchase from our Made to Order section.   Postage is via An Post standard post and once a package has been shipped, we can no longer assume responsibility for the contents and the value contained. If you would like your package to be insured and tracked please contact us before purchase for a quote.  Be aware that due to shipping/customs, parcels to the USA, New Zealand and Australia may sometimes take up to 3/4 weeks to arrive.

Customs charges on purchases outside the EU are the responsibility of the buyer.
